This business is about more than food. It is a hands-on family business project where our kids are learning branding, customer service, marketing, operations, food preparation, online systems, and how to grow something from zero.
Our goal is to start small, build trust with our local community, grow into a taco truck, and eventually expand into physical locations.
Birria has deep roots in Mexican cooking and is known for rich flavor, slow cooking, bold chiles, warm spices, tender meat, and a savory broth often called consomé.
Over time, birria became famous for tacos dipped in that rich broth, crispy edges, melted cheese, and deep comfort-food flavor. Birria Kings AZ is inspired by that tradition while building our own Arizona family-style version.
