Why Hidroponía?

Birria Kings AZ is working toward growing our own vegetables using controlled-environment hydroponic systems. The long-term goal is to produce fresher ingredients while teaching our kids agriculture, automation, business operations, and food sustainability.

Hidroponía allows plants to grow using nutrient-rich water instead of traditional soil. This gives more control over lighting, nutrients, temperature, humidity, water quality, and grow cycles.
